Textual Information(1)	As per Resolution Plan Shares of the Erstwhile Promoter and Promoter Group's shares has been extinguished and they have been removed from the mamangement of the company in pursuance of Hon'ble NCLT order but Reclassification of Promoter and promoter Gorup with New promoters ( Suceessful Resolution Applicant has been filed with Stockl Exchnage for their approval.
Textual Information(2)	As per Resolution Plan , the company has reduced its existing equity share capital to 5% of Post Capital issue. In the Post Capital , the company has issued 10.00 Crores nos. of Shares SRA and the same has been allotted on dated 31.03.2025 . So, public shareholding is less than 25% and it will be reach to level of 25 % and more public shareholsing in due course of time as per regulation
