Textual Information(1)	As per Resolution Plan Shares of the Erstwhile Promoter and Promoter Group's shares has been extinguished and they have been removed from the mamangement of the company in pursuance of Hon'ble NCLT order but Reclassification of Promoter and promoter Gorup with New promoters ( Suceessful Resolution Applicant ) is under process. So details of Erstwhile Promoters name has been shown in the Shareholding Pattern. The company has made split( sub-divsion) of equity shares in the ratio of 1:5 ( For every one shares of Rs. 10/- subdivided in to Five shares of Rs.2/- each ) for Which Record Date was 03.10.2025
Textual Information(2)	The Resolution plan of the company has been approved by Hon'ble NCLT on dated 16.07.2024 . As per Resolution Plan , the company has reduced its existing equity share capital to 5% of Post Capital issue. In the Post Capital , the company has issued 10.00 Crores nos. of Shares to Successful Resolution Applicant and the same has been allotted to them on dated 31.03.2025 . So, public shareholding is less than 25% and it will be reach to level of 25 % and more public shareholsing in due course of time as per regulation.
