Our company has ETP plant capacity of 100 m3. Our company has been announced zero discharge plant few year back. Our company have control of hazardous waste and awareness training program regarding water conservation.
We have ETP plant consisting of two streams. In 1st stream we collect the process water of high COD level (maximum up to 30,000) from CP (Continuous Polymer) plant, and converted into 8000 to 10000 COD by providing stripping column (Steam Operated), then after high COD water injecting to UASB (Up Flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanketing) tower. Where COD level of water comes down up to 2000 to 3000 COD and water transfer to the 2nd stream ETP. Where other organic and inorganic substance converted in to simple substance. And COD level, chloride level, other parameters maintain within the limit.
2nd line ETP furnished with Sludge bed, lamella aeration tank, primary and secondary collection tank also with tertiary plant with frontal piping gardening and recycle in cooling towers by providing R.O.Plant.
